Description
This Adventure Game is what we refer to as a Horror Game, wherein the goal of the experience is to be scared! Much like a haunted house or hayride, everyone will go into the Adventure knowing that the fun is in letting yourself get spooked and drawn in by the suspense, the plot twists, and the jump scares. Gameplay will pull from horror tropes (like always going to investigate the strange noise in the woods and cell phones that never work when you need them) and just like our other Adventure Games, the fun will be created by participant buy-in. We provide opportunities for participants to know details ahead of time if they want. We have run many such games in the past and find that they are much loved, if all participating know the genre ahead of time. Join us for “Garden Party” this Spring at Holmes Camp & Retreat Center in Holmes, NY.
- Admission is $415 per participant registered and paid for by March 31; after that the cost is $440!
- If you refer a newcomer, you get a $25 discount on a future event!
- Drop off is at 5 PM on April 14 (or later if you can’t quite arrive by 5!); pick up is at 1 PM on April 16.
- This event is being held at Holmes Camp & Retreat Center, 60 Denton Lake Road, Holmes, NY 12531.
