Summer Camps

At our overnight and day camps we offer a diverse range of workshops combining sports, art, “play-safe” swordplay, improvisational acting & intentional community building. All this culminates in our Adventure Game, a live-action role-play that is often played out over multiple days.

Day Camp Offerings

Each week of our magical day camp features a brand new and fully realized LARP Adventure Game where campers create their own fantastical characters, which they then play during the Adventure Game. We spend the days leading up to the Adventure engaging in workshops that help participants build skills to help them play the Game, and that translate to real life as well! Workshops include, but are not limited to, sword fighting with our custom play-safe foam swords, improvisational theater, character building, and playing with our own magic system!

Our summer day camps are for ages 8+, run from 9am-3pm each day and have a special evening session on Thursday nights from 6pm-9pm to play the LARP Adventure Game.

Day Camps for Young Adventurers (ages 6-8)

This camp is a little different from our standard summer day camps as it is geared to younger players. Instead of one LARP Adventure Game over the last two days of camp, we play little bits of the Adventure everyday by meeting age appropriate characters and helping them in unique ways. For ages 6-8 years old, it’s the perfect fit for young kids with big imaginations!  Please note there is no evening session for Young Adventurers. 8 year olds can choose between Young Adventurers and our regular day camps; please call our office at (845) 481-0776 if you need help deciding!

Come and play with us!

Fall Game
Fall Game’s Adventure Games are light hearted comedy fantasy romps that allow for participants to get the character based play that we all love so much in a light low stakes story. Join us for a fun filled weekend that promises to be full of laughter.

Building on the incredible story telling work Wayfinder has become known for, Fall Game will tell a fantasy tale the likes of which has only been seen in the great sagas. Knights, wizards, magic, and deceit. Nothing will be lost in this great tale… if the game can be carried out. Staff drama, missing campers, and unwritten documents threaten to derail the beloved Fall Game Tradition. Can players bring things back on the rails?

Join us for The Great Knights of the Realm of Plaize Holdier. The fate of the world, and the camp, is in your hands.

September 26th-28th, 2025. Tuition: $525

Winter Game
Winter Game’s Adventure is a sweeping epic with expansive storylines and big stakes. Players get the chance to play a character in a monumental story line; fighting off evil and working together to save the world. Close out the year with us and bring a little bit of magic into the next year with you.

Starting off our Winter Game, we host Hearthfire, a night where we open our doors to parents and alumni for a welcome dinner and tavern scene. There is also plenty for participants to do during Hearthfire, as they’ll get a sneak peek of the world we’ll be playing in during a whole extra night of camp!

December 27th – Hearthfire

December 28th-30th – Winter Game

Tuition is $625 for three nights, which includes Hearthfire, or $550 for two nights.

Spring Game

Spring Game’s Adventure is a horror game, where players get the chance to play in a horror movie style setting where the fun is very much in the fear. Players will have the chance both to scare and get scared as we all face down the horrors together, with built in safety mechanics to ensure player safety and comfort. Come out for a weekend of fun and fear as we ramp up to another summer of fun.

April 10th-12th, 2026. Tuition and Registration coming soon!
