Wayfinder returns for more fun and games Thursdays after school at New Paltz. Join us from 3:30-5pm at Lenape where we’ll take advantage of the earlier time to get back outside and play with our foam swords. Wayfinder games feature a mix of collaborative and competitive play, and are self-officiated, giving children the opportunity to build friendships and develop problem solving and leadership skills. Join Wayfinder for a series of improv classes for tweens and teens. Join us on Tuesdays at the middle school, where each week you’ll play new games and learn improvisational skills that teach you how to think on your feet. Improv is an incredible tool for developing social skills, learning how to adapt to new situations, and attacking life with a “yes and” attitude! Taught by Wayfinder’s own Trine Boode Peterson, who has decades of experience in theater and improv, each class will build on the last, while remaining accessible to drop-ins. Ages 10+.
