Adult Retreat
Twice a year, Wayfinder hosts a weekend retreat where we bring our incredible programming to adults! Open to anyone 18+, these events are a perfect get-away for old campers, staff alumni, parents, and first-time friends of the community. Experience the magic of live action role playing in an inclusive and fun environment, with an organization that has decades of experience providing meaningful experiences through LARP. Participants will get to engage in a range of workshops that encompass improvisational theater, sword fighting with our custom foam swords, rediscovering the magic of play, and preparing for the Adventure Game. In our LARP, you will create your own character through which you can experience a custom-built world and explore your own storyline.
Our Spring Adult Retreat will be held April 17th-19th at a location in Huguenot.
Participants will lodge on site and all meals (except breakfast) during the event will be provided
Tuition on a sliding scale:
- Sponsored $365
- General $465
- Sponsor $540
As ever, we want to do our best to make our programming accessible. If you feel you are able to, we encourage you to pay the sponsor rate and contribute to the cost of attendance for some of our folks who may not be as able to do so. Sponsored rate is available on a need basis; there is no application process. If you need it, take it; no questions asked.

The Hunt
The Hunt of Kingston is a city-wide scavenger hunt that combines the excitement of an escape room, the immersive storytelling of live-action roleplay (LARP), and the vibrant atmosphere of the Kingston art and music scene. Our vision extends beyond mere entertainment—we aim to foster a culture of kindness, curiosity, and wonder across the city, encouraging participants to explore local businesses and interact with one another with open-hearted enthusiasm. Joining forces with The Wilde Hunt and Twisted Labyrinth Games, these unique events mix Larping, Escapes Rooms and Scavenger Hunts into a totally new experience!

Hunt of Kingston: Magic Academy
A city-wide magical scavenger hunt and immersive experience where fantasy meets the real world.
Magical portals are appearing all over Kingston. Orientation Trials have begun. And somewhere, hidden in plain sight, is the final portal to a school most people will never know exists.

The Hunt of Kingston: Mystery of Castle Kingston
Step into a realm where mystery, adventure, and creativity collide! The Hunt of Kingston is a large-scale, day-long immersive scavenger hunt like no other—part escape room, part live-action Dungeons & Dragons, and part artistic exploration through the heart of Kingston.
Hosted by The Wayfinder Experience, The Wilde Hunt, and Twisted Labyrinth Games, this epic journey will test your wit, teamwork, and courage as you unravel puzzles, engage with live characters, and uncover the city’s hidden wonders. Along the way, experience Kingston’s vibrant art, music, and storytelling scenes in an interactive quest designed to challenge and enchant adventurers of all ages.
