Cancellation Policy for Offseason Events
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of an event will not receive a refund of any amount.
There is no discount for arriving late to an event or leaving early from an event.

Deposits
We require a $75 nonrefundable deposit for each week of camp at the time of registration. Please note that this means that Advanced Camp requires a $150 nonrefundable deposit at the time of registration.
Discount Schedule for Summer 2009
Pay in full by February 29 for 10% off your total
Pay in full by March 31 for 5% off your total
Sibling Discount: 10% off for siblings at the same camp
Save an additional 5% for pay in full checks postmarked by May 1
Intro Camp Bring a New Overnight Discount for Experienced Campers- 5% off your total (please scroll down for more details)
Intro Camp Bring a New Day Camper Discount for Experienced Campers- 3% off your total (please scroll down for more details)
*Your discount for a camp cannot exceed 25%

“Bring a New Player to NY Intro Camp” Discount for Experienced Participants
New Person goes to NY Intro Overnight:
-An experienced player (person who has attended a summer camp, weekend event, or one day event) who brings a totally new player to a camp (has not attended summer camp, weekend event, or one day event) receives this discount
-New player must give experienced player’s name when registering. New person must register with paid deposit
-Experienced player gets a 5% discount for each new player referred. This discount will be applied after the new player registers.
-New person can take advantage of any discount.
-New player may only give one experienced player’s name when registering.
-This discount can be combined with any other early registration discount.
-A registrant’s status is determined by their status at registration
New Person goes to NY Intro Day Camp:
-An experienced player (person who has attended a summer camp, weekend event, or one day event) who brings a totally new player to a camp (has not attended summer camp, weekend event, or one day event) receives this discount
-New player must give experienced player’s name when registering. New person must register with paid deposit.
-Experienced player gets 3% for each new player referred. This discount will be applied after the new player registers.
