Important Forms and What to Bring Lists
Please read the following information carefully.
The Wayfinder Experience requires a liability waiver, a
camper agreement, and a medical form to be completed before a participant can
attend an event. If attending Advanced Camp, participants will also need to
bring a meningitis form. Every participants, regardless of age, must have these forms properly filled out. Please follow all form instructions.
Please note:
We require a new liability form and camper agreement at every event.
We require a new, complete medical form every summer. As long as information and dates remain correct and valid, that form will be good until the next summer season. Please call us if you have questions about this.
Our medical form requires a doctor's signature and immunization records or an appropriate letter of exemption. Please work on getting these early. We will not permit a participant to camp without complete forms.
Simply click on the appropriate link, open the downloaded file in Microsoft Word (or any compatible word processing software), and print out the forms. Fill them in at home to save time at the registration table!
